Many of our neighbors cannot easily reach traditional food pantries. Long bus routes. Irregular work hours. No reliable transportation. When food requires a ride across town, it can quietly become out of reach. By placing food where people already are, we bring hope within walking distance.
As the Bethel Road corridor continues to grow—especially as a welcoming home for newly arrived immigrant families—the need for walkable food access continues to rise.
On the map below, Northwest Columbus—the community we serve—is highlighted in blue, stretching between the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers, from State Route 161 to Henderson Road.
The purple heart marks Bethel’s Blessing Box and Community Fridge.
Nearby food pantries are marked in red.
